General terms
An eVisa is only valid for a single journey to Cambodia within the period stated on the approval, provided the applicant’s passport remains valid and the visit matches the purpose declared on the visa. Once the applicant enters Cambodia, they are subject to Cambodian law.
Applicants must ensure their stay remains within the period approved on the eVisa. Applicants may not accept employment, enrol in education, or represent foreign information media during their stay unless separately authorised.
All eVisa applications are considered on individual merit. Immigration authorities may request additional information at any stage. Receipt of an application does not guarantee approval. Authorities may refuse an application without providing a reason. Applicants must hold a valid Cambodia eVisa before travel.
Applicants must submit applications with enough time before travel. Neither this site nor E-Services is responsible for delays caused by late submission or by the assessment result of the competent authorities.
All information provided must be true and accurate. If mistakes or misinformation cause rejection, the applicant must re-apply and pay again for a new application.
An eVisa may be revoked at any time for any reason, including new information affecting eligibility. False, fictitious, or fraudulent statements may lead to administrative or criminal penalties.
Fees and processing
Applicants must pay the eVisa processing fee and visa fee to submit an application. Payment gateway providers may charge additional transaction fees. If an application is rejected, the visa fee may be refundable on a case-by-case basis (typically 5–15 days). The processing fee is not refundable.
Applications are normally processed within 4–5 days after payment and submission. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Cambodian authorities. Processing time does not include downtime, network failure, power failure, natural events, or acts of war.
After review, applicants receive email notification. Common statuses include:
- SUBMITTED — application received for processing
- APPROVED — application approved
- REJECTED — application declined
E-Services is not involved in the visa assessment or decision. Fees are payable to E-Services regardless of the application outcome. See also the Refund Policy.
Entry and liability
Approval of an eVisa does not guarantee entry into Cambodia. Admission is decided by the immigration officer at the port of entry. If entry is refused, E-Services is not liable.
Applicants should be prepared to present:
- Approved eVisa
- Proof of sufficient funds
- Confirmed round-trip or onward tickets
- Accommodation proof
Responses to enquiries are based on limited information and do not constitute a promise or legal assurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, opportunity, business, or goodwill arising from use of this service.
This is a private online assistance service operated by E-Services. It is an independent organisation handling visa queries and is not an official government website. Applicants bear the risks associated with their applications. E-Services reviews and processes documents for submission through the immigration channel.
