When and how you may request cancellation of a Cambodia eVisa application.

Please review this cancellation policy before submitting your Cambodia eVisa application.

Cancellation eligibility

Cancellations are subject to these conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
  • The application must not have been processed by our team or submitted to the Cambodian eVisa Department

Non-cancellable applications

Cancellations are not allowed when:

  • The application has already been processed or submitted for review
  • The request is made more than 24 hours after payment
  • The application includes incorrect details provided by the applicant
  • The applicant decides not to travel after the application has been processed

Cancellation procedure

To request a cancellation:

  • Email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request”, or use the Contact form
  • Include full name (as on passport), passport number, reference number, and reason for cancellation
  • Our team will review the request and notify you within 1–2 business days

Approved cancellations are normally processed within 15–20 working days. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund — see the Refund Policy.
