About delivery and download
Please read this delivery and download policy before continuing with your visa application. By submitting an application, you acknowledge the terms below that govern how your electronic visa is processed, delivered, and accessed.
1. Instant download option
After successful submission and verification, you may be prompted to download your eVisa immediately. Completing that download constitutes delivery. Save the document for travel.
2. Email notification delivery
Alternatively, you may receive an email with instructions to download your eVisa at the address provided in the application. Receipt of that email is considered delivery. Check inbox and spam folders.
3. Unable to download?
If you cannot download your eVisa or do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, you must contact support within 5 days of your application date. Failure to report download issues within that period will be treated as successful delivery.
