Our commitment
Last updated: October 6, 2026
E-Services is committed to ensuring that the Cambodia eVisa assistance portal is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities and users of assistive technologies.
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable, and we continue to review and improve the site experience.
Accessibility measures
To support inclusive access, this website includes:
- Skip to main content link where available for keyboard and screen-reader users
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and lists
- Keyboard navigation for primary menus, buttons, forms, and interactive controls
- Visible focus states on links, buttons, and form fields
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and descriptive link titles where appropriate
- ARIA attributes on navigation, breadcrumbs, and other interface elements
- Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- Readable typography with clear fonts, line spacing, and scalable text
- Form labels and instructions on application steps to reduce errors
Compatibility and known limitations
This portal is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. It should also be usable with common assistive technologies, although results may vary.
Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, for example third-party content, uploaded applicant documents, older PDFs, or complex application screens still being improved. We work to identify and resolve barriers as the portal evolves.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help completing a Cambodia eVisa application, please use our Contact page or email [email protected].
When reporting an issue, include the page URL, a short description of the barrier, and the browser, device, and assistive technology you were using if applicable. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative or fix.
