Please read this refund policy carefully before submitting your application to avoid misunderstandings.
No refund
No refunds are issued when:
- Your eVisa application has already been processed
- Errors in your acknowledgement email result from incorrect information you provided
- You decide not to travel to Cambodia after submitting your application
- You are denied entry by Cambodian immigration authorities
Full refund
You may be eligible for a full refund when your application has been declined by the Cambodian eVisa Department.
Partial refund
A partial refund may be considered when:
- You cannot travel due to restrictions in the area you intended to visit (for example natural disasters or government advisories)
- You cannot travel due to unforeseen circumstances in Cambodia affecting tourism
Refund process
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 15–20 working days. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us by email or through the Contact page.
