Before you begin
The Cambodia eVisa application takes about 15–20 minutes. Have a clear passport biodata scan and a recent colour facial photograph ready before you open the form.

Required documents
- Passport biodata page — clear scan; passport valid at least 6 months beyond arrival
- Passport-style photo — recent colour portrait on a plain light background
Processing time
Most applications are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Express processing is currently unavailable.
Application status tracking
After you submit the form, you receive a reference number. Use it on the Track Application page to check progress until your eVisa is issued by email.
Important: Once approved, print your eVisa or save a clear PDF for Cambodian immigration. All details must match your passport exactly.
Essential tips for a successful application
- Apply at least 7 days before your travel date
- Ensure photo and passport scans are clear and fully legible
- Enter every field exactly as printed in your passport
- Upload the facial photo and passport page in the correct form slots
- Confirm your port of entry accepts eVisa travellers

What information do I enter on the Cambodia eVisa application form?
Enter your surname, given names, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, issue and expiry dates, email, phone, port of entry and expected arrival date exactly as shown in your passport.
Can I edit the application form after I start filling it in?
Yes. Review every field before final submission. Name, passport number and dates must match your passport biodata page — mismatches are a common cause of delay.
What files do I upload in the application form?
Upload a recent colour facial photograph in the photo field and a clear scan of your passport biodata page in the passport field. Use separate files for each slot; do not swap them.
