a. No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your eVisa application has already been processed.
  • Errors in your eVisa acknowledgement email are due to incorrect information provided by you.
  • You decide not to travel to Cambodia after submitting your application.
  • You are denied entry by Cambodian immigration authorities.

b. Full Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Your application has been declined by the Cambodian eVisa Department.

c. Partial Refund Policy

A partial refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You are unable to travel due to restrictions in the area you intended to visit (e.g., natural disasters, government advisories).
  • You are unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances in Cambodia affecting tourism.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. The refund process may take 15-20 working days. If you need to request a cancellation or refund, please contact us via email.
