Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy before submitting your Cambodia eVisa application.
a. Cancellation Eligibility
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.
- The eVisa application must not have been processed by our team or submitted to the Cambodian eVisa Department.
b. Non-Cancellable Applications
Cancellations are not allowed under the following conditions:
- The eVisa application has already been processed or submitted for review.
- The cancellation request is made after 24 hours of payment.
- The application includes incorrect details provided by the applicant.
- The applicant decides not to travel to Cambodia after the application has been processed.
c. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
- Include the following details in your email:
- Full Name (as on the passport)
- Passport Number
- Reference Number
- Reason for Cancellation
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the cancellation status within 1-2 business days.
d. Processing Time for Cancellations
Once approved, cancellation requests will be processed within 15-20 working days. Please note that cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Important Notes:
- Cancellation does not guarantee a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
- Cancellations are not applicable if the eVisa application has been processed or approved.
