Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy before submitting your Cambodia eVisa application.

a. Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.
• The eVisa application must not have been processed by our team or submitted to the Cambodian eVisa Department.

b. Non-Cancellable Applications

Cancellations are not allowed under the following conditions:

• The eVisa application has already been processed or submitted for review.
• The cancellation request is made after 24 hours of payment.
• The application includes incorrect details provided by the applicant.
• The applicant decides not to travel to Cambodia after the application has been processed.

c. Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
• Include the following details in your email:
  • Full Name (as on the passport)
  • Passport Number
  • Reference Number
  • Reason for Cancellation
• Our team will review your request and notify you of the cancellation status within 1-2 business days.

d. Processing Time for Cancellations

Once approved, cancellation requests will be processed within 15-20 working days. Please note that cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Important Notes:

• Cancellation does not guarantee a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
• Cancellations are not applicable if the eVisa application has been processed or approved.
